Roof Quote Desk is operated by Cloud Calls Solutions. This policy covers this website and the application form on it.

When you apply for a territory we collect the details you type into the form: your name, your company name if you give one, your phone number, your email address, how many appointments you can handle, how many you currently receive, and whether you use a CRM.

We also record technical information that arrives with any web request: your IP address, and the campaign or referral parameters in the link you arrived through.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, bank details, or government identification through this site.

To assess your application, to check whether the territory you want is available, and to contact you about it by phone and email. The operational answers you give (capacity, current volume, CRM) are used to judge whether the service is a fit for you.

Technical and campaign information is used to understand which advertising works, and to protect the form against automated abuse.

By submitting the form you are asking us to contact you about your application, and we will call and email you about it. We do not sell your contact details to anyone.

You can tell us to stop at any time. Reply to any email, or call (773) 740-4045.

Applications are stored in Google Workspace, which we use to run the business. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, and may use LinkedIn and Meta advertising tools, to measure advertising performance and to show our ads to people who have visited this site; these set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and are subject to each provider’s own privacy terms. When you send an application, a one-way hashed (scrambled and unreadable) copy of your email address and phone number may be shared with Google so we can see which ads led to it.

We keep applications for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you are, you may have further rights under state or national law. Contact us on (773) 740-4045 and we will handle it.
